Overview of Heritage Meadows web map
The Heritage Meadows web map has been developed in cooperation with the Nature Conservation Management Department of the Environmental Board.
The Heritage Meadows wb map consolidates spatial data related to heritage meadows. The application lists inventoried heritage meadows in protected areas. In addition, there are data layers on heritage meadows that are being maintained and restored; areas restored in the WoodmeadowLIFE project; heritage meadows that have been leased out by RMK and to which EIC has paid subsidies.
The information on protected natural objects and heritage meadows there displayed in the application is official (the information comes from the environmental register). The information on heritage meadows that are being maintained and restored is informative, the source used is information on subsidies from various paying agencies.
